The cue is a Rich Cue, I have a very similar one, and I have also seen that exact model before.

Below are some photo's of Rich Cues, notice the differences in pins, wraps, and butt material.

Thanks for the help everyone. I thought of adam myself, but it does look like the rich ones that Craig posted. I've never heard of Rich cues, any background on them? I assume they were production cues.
Thanks again guys,
Dave

Dave, the Rich cue company was started around 1912. It remained a family business until the 1970's when it was sold. Most of the early Rich Cues are unmarked and unless you know what to look far can be misidentified as a Paradise, National Cue, or a Doc Frey. In Florida there is a Gentleman who is in his 80's who to my knowledge is still building cues and he was part of this family, his name is Abe Rich. Abe, split with the family business in the late 1960's or the early 1970's and opened the Star Cue Company in Florida.

Dave, many parts used in Rich cues changed throughout the years. I have seen many examples of different pin's, shaft tenons, and joints.

Here is a Rich cue made by Abe Rich:

Thanks Craig for taking the time to post that and the pics, I really appreciate it. The cue that I posted is definetly a Rich cue, judging by all the pics you posted, I took off the bumper and the whole butt plate came off also (it was already loose and spinning) It seems to be a well made cue, but the finish it very thin, the pores in the cocobola aren't sealed very well, I will recommend refinishing it to the customer. Thanks again.
