I haven't seen any updates lately and wondered if anyone who has been in contact with him can let us know how he is progressing after his bout with dengue fever.

Any Marshall Piercy Update?

I was just searching for that thread ...and yours just popped up...wishing you well buddy!!!
Marshall Piercy is Alive and fighting
Just chatted with Marshall who got his hands on a computer about half an hour ago during a dialysis treatment. He is alive, and still in the hospital. He's hanging in there the best you can with something like Dengue fever and fighting to get better so he can be there for his family which includes two toddlers. Crazy enough to say, he contracted it in the US and not in the Philippines. He's had to go through some bone marrow replacement surgeries as it's infected the marrow of one of his bones. Today was his first opportunity to be on a computer and I happened to catch him on yahoo chat. He asked me to let everyone know what's going on. By the way, he's concentrated on trying to get better but he's still coming up with new pool cue related ideas and challenges for himself for when he returns to cue making and to AZB. Now that's dedication and strength. Not only does he plan on recovering but he plans on getting right back into what he was doing as soon as is absolutely possible. The doctors wanted him to take break from chatting so that's all I have for now.

Still wondering how Marshall is doing.
I know it was said the he had to be on kidney dialysis as a result of the dengue fever. Nasty stuff.

I'd like to hear what's going on with him as well.
He owes me a cue and I don't want to sue or involve the police if he's legitimately in such bad health. On the other hand, last I heard, he was out of the hospital a long time ago.
He doesn't return calls, emails, or PMs. So I guess he's either in bad health or a thief. Here's hoping he's a thief, I suppose.
