looks like a Tex cue, not many of them out there if I'm correct.
Yep, that was my first thought. John Bender has also made some cues with similar diamond shapes at the top of his points. Pretty certain it's not one of his, though. You might try contacting him to see if he has an idea. www.johnbendercues.com
Deffinatly a tex cue.. He is local to me.. Haven't seen him in many years though.. From what I understand he isn't making cues anymore..
There is also a very old on for sale on eBay.. Saw it the other day if its still there has a big pin with large ivory diamonds at the end of the points.. Those points are like his trademark look
