Especially since the angle into the first rail is so sensitive to things like cut angle, shot speed and the OB's distance from the rail, all of which vary with these shots.

It sure comes up often enough - maybe because I play a lot of 15-ball rotation....once you get ahold of it, it is a *huge* shot to have in your arsenal.

It's not the shot being discussed but it has rendered many a tester to mere duck; for me anyway.
On that positional shot, it's right in the flying a helicopter zone ie. as complex. I think the key to these routes is working the zones separately.
