We had a lot of that during the 10-ball. That's all we've watched from DCC so far, so I can't comment on the last couple days.
I actually called their PPV service about it. The guy explained that a lot of things beyond their control can contribute to this. Accu-Stats sends the signal to the provider's server and they transmit it at whatever data rate that's needed, but from there it can go to a number of remote servers before it reaches your Internet provider (Time-Warner in my case). If any of these intermediary servers are running slow it can mess up things at your end, even if your Internet provider is giving you a very high connection speed.
Short version is that the trouble may be at the streaming location, but it is more likely a slow server in between that is beyond their control. Interestingly, these problems are more likely to occur at the higher data transfer rates you need for HD streaming. So, that beautiful picture we all love so much is at least part of these problems. Or at least that's the way I understood it.
