Anybody ever hear of Pittsburgh Phil?

Reading about all these old names and stuff got me thinking of my "old days".

Anybody know of or hear of Pittsburgh Phil? He would have been in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and/or McKeesport area around 1984/1985 I think. Played bar boxes, used a JOSS as I remember. I have no idea what his real name might have been or what if any other names he had.

I remember Phil to be an 8 ball and 9 ball player. Older guy at the time, probably in his sixties I think, but I am guessing.

Yeah, I've heard of him. If I recall correctly he's related to Punxsutawney Phil.
