Looks like carrom with a training puck.
This would pop up on IG clips, they play some crazy multi rail shots but surely you just see the most insane trick shots. I was getting a lot of clips from South America?? on a 2.5 x 5 table with pyramid type pockets and everything is shot at warp speed because the table roll must be horrific. on ancient looking felt One of the main players is a fat guy who only plays shirtless lol!!

The coolest shot was the first break. Looked like CGI.
Carrom is a similar game but the "shooter" is about the same size as the "balls". I think that makes aiming much harder.
I used to have dreams about the game and somehow I could draw the puck.
