It looks nice. Can you add a picture of the forearm? I always go to the Mcdermott archives to look for their discontinued cues.

If I can't find it there, then I send an email to them (their email is on their site), and the customer service person always replies back to me very quick. They have the best customer service that I have ever experienced (and this is coming from a non customer, and they were still very nice, in replying to all of my emails, with very good helpful info).

I always look on that site when I'm looking up the value (supposed) of a retired cue.

I don't think it is anything they retired. I think it may be one of their "transfer art" cues and somebody sent them an image.

Maybe it signifies they are a world beater or they got beat by everybody in the world.

Have you ever asked them where their cheap "custom" cues are made? I would assume China.

I like the idea of a solid white cue (urethane finish) with a solid black linen wrap, black 3/8-10 joint and a black butt cap (no logo, preferably). I'd probably get the I-2 shaft just to try it out. I have never tried one.

I agree… Possible “transfer art” cue. I have had one made for someone as a gift years ago. They can print almost anything you send them now a’days.

Okay, I did not think about that. You are probably right. I have really wanted to try out an i-2 shaft for a long time. I imagine they are great shafts.

Didn't Dr. Cue have a McDermott with a globe on it many years ago? This cue kind of reminds me of his line of cues that were produced by McDermott probably 10 or 15 years ago. Not sure on the dates but you could check it out.
