Anybody know why Badboys TV video quality is so poor?

I really like watching Alex and Tony bank balls but the quality reminds me of the 240p days:

Looks like it was recorded off a security tape, note the aliasing due to interlaced frames that should not happen with a digital recording.

Camera does not have HDTV pixel counts.
Looking at it full screes, you can see the DCT artifacts and the large original pixels.
Looks to be of the 500 pixel (horizontal) variety camera that was in vogue early in the HDTV era.
Remember NTSC was 720×480-odd pixels (and interlaced) HDTV is 1920×1080 (generally not interlaced).
So, the camera in use has less resolution than even NTSC and way way less than HDTV.

Holy Crap! You guys ever forget a password and have to go through all the hoops to rectify the situation? Geez..

Anyway, so I started working for BadBoys late last year. I was at Derby, and can tell you first hand that we were having issues with that camera. I know for sure we changed out the cable because it started randomly cutting out on us. Also, just from taking breaks from the desk and stepping back to check scores I know that it was clear as day in the booth, so I have no clue as to why the quality sucks once we uploaded the videos.

If you're a video wiz, I'm more than willing to learn... is there something I should look at to make sure this doesn't happen again?

Did you run through all your settings in OBS to make sure the video output is correct? Seems like the aspect ratio is off, along with some other things.

I'll have to check those the next time I'm in front of the server (it's 4 states away right now).
