Anybody see this insanity?

... I assume the opponent conceded.
EDIT: It seems that the ruling was done correctly. The table was cleaned and the position reset. There was no replay. No information about any horsewhipping. 🐎

Someone said that the last rack was replayed. If that was the ruling the ref needs to be horsewhipped along with the beer waster.

It's an act of god. The balls should be repotted as close as possible. Only the CB moved, and they had a video, so it should be pretty easy to replace.

And/or, the opponent could concede since it was an easy shot, just to make it faster and easier on everyone.

For that kind of money...nothing is easy.

Actually both of these happened.

The rule is to replace the shot, which the ref did after drying the cloth which obviously took a while.
When that was done the other side had allready left and effectively conceded, so he didn't have to take the shot anymore. The money was paid out.

Good to know. Where did this take place? And was the money real?

For one split second I wished I had Facebook so I could see this, but thankfully the moment passed.

I’d like the rest of the story.
Was he the stake horse and that was his way of conceding?
…if not, did he get his lights punched out?
….dId he get barred for life?
