I checked that link at the bottom for "more" complaints and all I can say is
wow - how is a company like this allowed to stay in business. Sad.

Whoa! I do third party service for various relocation companies and pool tables are dismantled and slate crated individually. Sounds like their table was moved fully assembled. Yes.....sad!!!

And Rick, notice over 80 reports since 2002? Holy moly!

Guess we don't have the only industry infested with hackwork.
Sad really.....
How hard is it to demonstrate at least some sort of semblance to common sense and at least some small measure of pride in your work.

On the other hand, instances like this should help us with getting table moves by people that don't want these kind of results.

Gotta find the bright side in everything, right!
