Right now I am paying two mortgages so there is no way I will make it. As a matter of fact I put in a rule that so long as I am stuck with two I will not take one vacation (last one was Nov07) till the other house is sold.
I will most definitely be there next year. I'm quite disappointed that I couldn't be there for it this year.

I've taped footage in past years and the only area that has been "off limits" is the TV table when they are taping matches for the internet/DVD distrubution. Otherwise, I've never had anyone say anything to me. Not to say there may be different circumstances considering this year the event is at a casino venue, but I'm guessing there probably won't be.

The actual casino is off to the boat. You will have to walk out and over the bridge or some sort to actually go to the casino part. The hotel area where the tournament is held is on the land but the casino is in the BOAT over the water.
You should be able to take photos and videos anywhere of tournament area but except the actual TV match room.

Next year I will definitely make the DCC and the Expo. I'm lucky work-wise because I have 4 weeks of paid vacation a year and I work 4 days on and 4 off so one week off equals 12 days off, which equals 48 days off if I take a week at a time.
I'm normally pretty stingy with money and saved vacation time to be paid out at the end of the year so I would cash out a bunch of cash for Christmas while I would be off anyway. This year they changed shit around to where they would only pay out 2 weeks so now I obviously need to take at least 2 weeks vacation. I suppose one week would be for the DCC and the other for the Expo next year. Of course if the money is right to do some work I will take another week
