anyone has update on SVB vs BUSTY

12-11 Shane. The last few games have had a lot of safe's. Slow. Then Shane got on a nice role in the last game. Shane hitting his breaks a little off center.

For real, if you're not watching this match you're missing out. Both days have been great and super close.

17-13 shane, shane breaking. Neither player is catching a gear. there have been a ton of misses, both tonight and last night. FWIW, the safe play has been amazing. They are not kicking one rail to hit the object ball; they are kicking 1 or 2 rails to hit the proper slice of the ball, with the right speed, to play position on the cue ball and the object ball to leave the other player safe. A lot of amazing safes.

Update: 17-14 shane

19-15 Shane
Someone posted that Shane is favored by TAR...
..why wouldn't he be?????
He is available and the winningest pool player in the world for the last 5 years....and a fine representative for the pool world.

20-17 Shane
Shane hit a kick so good, he made the 6-ball and followed it in

Yeah, that 6 ball was tough luck. It was ~5 inches from the side pocket and Shane needed to kick all the way cross side. He hit the 6 full and followed it right into the pocket. Now Shane 20-18. Each player is still missing shots. It's a Diamond with 4 1/8" corner pockets. A standard Diamond, and Olhausen, is 4 4/8" corner pockets. Tough table. I think the biggest run is 2 or maybe 3.

I'm not a fan of tight pockets...this last game was like watching snooker.

23-19 Shane

It's over for today..25-19 Shane

We get to see a good match tomorrow.

Mark Griffin is too nice a guy....he thanked everybody for watching and
supporting...WTH, some of those people can't hit the end rail.
What happened to the good old days when the owner says...
.."The action's over, get the hell out, you bunch of cockroaches, I gotta
go home."
