I'm thinking about running a Skins tournament like one I played in Canada. Every round, you get paid. I would like to know how the payout is figured out and how to schedule the rounds. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks JAM, I'm not sure that it would be that involved. Basically, it was an 8-ball singles tournament, and every round got paid, small at first and then every round got increasingly larger payouts, but everyone got paid something.
My experience running tournaments has always been entry fees + added money = % of payout per place. But even looking at the chart they used for ours, I never could make the money come out right or figure out how it was disseminated.
