Hopefully he will step up and take care of it.
It's only been a year, there's still time to make it right.
Maybe he doesn't understand the difference between giving the shaft to the buyer, and sending the buyer a shaft.
In some cases it sounds like he did both.
ballbreaker was on line today, and this is the guy with 14 Positive I-Trades as of 2009.

Coco - I have very little faith in the itrader thing. I tried to have mine changed and wasnt allowed. The guy is a crook plain and simple. I heard about bleeding ulcers, kidney stones, and every other damn excuse under the sun for months until I showed up at his job looking for a refund. If you want the full story, please contact Paul Dayton on here and ask him about the two wildwood cues he made.

It sounds like this iTrader system needs fixing. I too looked up Ballbreaker (yesterday) and saw that his iTrader was 100%. How can this be if he has already, according to this thread, screwed at least three people???

i never left itrader, back then, i was fairly new, and didnt do it..also, he pm'd me from a WTB add and a few months later my inbox was full and deleted his pms never knew his actual screen name till now... it was long forgotten, like i said in the first post, he seemed to try and fix it and seemed like a legit seller
i dealt with him thru phone...which im now 100% sure its him as i was texting him yesterday...

To be honest - I'd consider your losses lost and move on. Making it right for you is gonna make it wrong for someone else. I can almost guarantee it.

When I post my REMARKS about his I-Trade, the last I-TRADE was 11/2009. He much have changed since than!
Maybe those who he did bad TRADES, SALES, etc. with need to Post their I-trades, I posted my (2) Good one in 2009!!!!! BOTH A-OK.

That is exactly the point. My bad trade with him took place in Sept of 09.
Had I made it public instead of giving him the benefit of the doubt and handling it privately he might not have been able to screw the others.:frown:
Yes, he did make it right after many broken promises and lots of unnecessary effort and threats of going public on my part.
I feel bad now that I didn't go public it might have saved the others.
i gave up last year, shoulda stayed on him...i didnt forget and sent him a text every couple months reminding him of the situation..
he never attempted to make it right even after i was giving him the benifit offering to take other pool stuff..shaft/case/anything close to cash value/even less cash...
he knows about the thread, the day i posted this he called me after avoiding me for weeks...just so happened he got back from the hospital or something the same day...imagine that....

also, for the guy who said to move on and cut my losses...i did that already at this point its more about noone else getting burned by him unless he makes his wrongs good here...i think ill make it w/o my shaft or 150$ but ill continue to call and text him every few weeks for the rest of my life if i have to, just to remind him of what he did... i have the extra few seconds , even if he deletes it everytime it will be worth it..

maybe its a total misunderstanding bc of the temporary hold when i filled a claim and he thinks i was, but wasnt...
maybe he might actually make this right...
he asked to not make this public, but this is a very public manner now that it went this far, ill leave the arguments and details out and just the main parts and of course the outcome...which i feel everyone interested should know, especially if he actually makes this all right with all us...

I seriously hope you didn't give him cues to flip since I note in your signature that you are or are a dealer for a custom cuemaker....

Renro - Just to set the record straight, Paul and Carolina are two different companies and neither one of them had any part in the problems. In fact, both were a tremendous help! Rob is the thief in this case, plain and simple.

UPDATE.... i want to let everyone know rob made things right with me and sent me a shaft after a yr and 4 months later!!!!
...it wasnt a ob shaft like origanal buy, but atleast got something from him...i was happy to take anything at this point...if anyone is interested in the interesting details, pm me...

Yeah, I guess it's the same if someone robs you on the street, you shouldn't tell anybody cause they may know the robber and the robber might get his feeling hurt because you outed him for robbing you. Sorry I would never move on and take my loses if the guy tried to screw me with fake sh!t. I'd be a pitbull....JMHO
