What's sad is that this cue was made before the rainbow issues were really raised in the public's eyes. I don't like the rounded off stars, and I remember seeing it somewhere for sale a few years back. It is very possible that this might have been made in 1976 as a Bicentenniel cue? You might want to check with Mr. Stroud on the origin. It might actually bump up the value!

I own this Josswest cue, the "Pot O` Gold" cue. I bought from John Wright years ago. Bill Stroud elaborated at some length with me about the process he had to go through at the time of construction to bend the veneers so radically. Tough work, bending veneers like this. He used chemicals similar to those used in musical instrument construction. It is stunning, unique, flawless, and I have not played with it. It sits in my collection.

If you are interested in the cue, I would consider a sale, but think "high". Obviously, no others even near like this one.

You can send me a pm with your best offer, and we can then converse. If you would like to know more about me, ask around on the forum.

Thanks.
