Anyone name their cue?

Why do I think Tramp will jump on this thread with his thoughts?

Anyway, anyone have a good name for their cue? I am reading a fantasy book right now, and this really awesome sword had a cool name...just had me thinking.
 
Yes, some of my cues have names......they coincide with the date on the pool cue. that I specified.

One is called Meg....my daughter's birthday is 4-24....another is called Erin....my daughter's birthday is 2-23.........the most recent one I labelled Maisy..........Amaisyling Great......it has my mom's birthday 5-4 and her nickname was Maisy and one more is called Clara Belle.....the clown character from The Howdy Doody Show......I went overboard with the veneer colors and made it a little clownish.

Once the cue-maker told me approximately when my custom cues would be finished, I selected a date that had sentimental significance to me that also coincided with the cue's actual completion.......that's why I asked my cue-makers to sign and date the custom cues I've ordered.

The maker of the cue(s) Jerry McWorter calls these "Point Interrupted"

Ahem! I do have a name for my cue. Actually it has two names. "You little sweetheart.", when I make a good shot, and, "You chickenshit piece of crap.", when I don't.
Lately, since I've been feeling poorly, it's been more the latter than the former.
I hope I did not disappoint. :)

Sooooo...your cue has multiple personality disorder? :p
 
My current player is named Boethius Titan Excalibur. It hits a ton. My last cue is named Randy. Randy identified as a cue that hit a ton as well, so who was I to argue?
 
My first cue was named Undertaker.

2nd cue was animal (my break cue)

Stopped naming after that

If I named my cue it would be Tick Licker...after Daniel Boones flintlock rifle.

I do have one Schon that I won in a raffle on the 13th ticket from the end I call....The Lucky 13..

The rest don't get names...
 
I bought a cue from Shawn Brady in Florida a few years ago. He told me his girlfriend hit a couple of balls with it so I named it Darlene, after Shawn's girlfriend.
 
in California, on July 1...

they will all be called "dead money" for two reasons...

not only are my tournament entries more like a donation than anything else,

they also have too much ivory to sell or trade.

Earlier today, mine was a worthless piece of firewood.

Hopefully, that will change?
