Anyone order anything from the IPT yet???

Just looking for people who ordered products from the IPT website. I have recently ordered some cloth from them, but am finding it futile to try to get any info. I've emailed, called, and emailed, and called etc. but never get any response. Are they that busy they cant respond within a couple of weeks. Had a subscription to their "natural cures" website and tried to cancel it, but took them more than two months(while they are billing me of course) to finally respond and cancel my subscription. Kinda wandering who's running this thing and if anyone else is having similar problems

There are literally hundreds of complaints about Natural Cures and KT by people complaining about being billed for subscriptions they didn't order or being billed after cancelling as well as complaints about the lack of promised information in his book at the www.ripoffreport.com website.
 
IPT people at the tournament told me that they are backordered on certain things (like the IPT balls) and are waiting for shipments. Who knows.


I wouldn't buy anything from their website. I'm an online shopper, but wouldn't want to have my name, address, email and all that spammed to death by the snakeoil salesmen. Plus, these types of businesses are notorious for automatically signing you up and billing you for junk you never agreed to buy.
 
Ordered Cloth

I just ordered cloth from them. I found it odd that you don't get any kind of email confirmation or receipt or summary of your order. You don't even know if your order was received. I've emailed them and have received no response yet. I'll post an update if and when anything happens!
 
I have ordered cloth, balls, chalk and sardo's for my poolhall. Have received it, except the balls which there is not enough of at the moment. Fair enough.

I think the IPT has been great to work together with, and I have never problems with getting in touch with someone, either on phone or email.
 
Update: I waited over a month and got no delivery of my cloth. I emailed and got no response. So I had my credit card company cancel out the sale and do a charge-back to the IPT. Even me taking my money back didn't get a response. With players not getting their checks and customers not getting their orders I guess the IPT is finished?
