Anyone tried Loctite GO-2 Glue yet?

So far this stuff is the bomb! It doesn't dry to a totally hard state when done, but more of a tough, rubbery consistency much like clear RTV caulking or sealant.

I used it to glue a nut and bolt together to test it. It will take clamping the head of that bolt in a vise, and a wrench to take it apart probably, and might have to use heat.

It leaves no noticable glue line, and is a little faster than the typical 60 min epoxy as far as setting up enough to start cutting on it safely,if time is a factor.

The only disadvantage in using it for capped ferrules is you have to go back and seal up your bleed hole on capped ferrules,it just won't set up that fast. Of course, you can always let it set overnight, few hours, etc if time isn't an issue.

I've been doing that by wiping out as much excess as possible, filling the hole with CA,and using an accelerator. Tommy D.
