Has anyone tried CJ Wiley's SuperStance and/or SuperStroke trainers? If so, what is your opinion? Do they help?

Thanks in advance for any input.

I checked and didn't find any, but if there is another post on this, please let me know.

If CJ is marketing it, lol. All you need is a touch of inside and you can be a champion like I was.

Snake oil
It's possible that the rubber band thing could actually help people who have stroke issues, but it seems to me to be too far removed from the mechanics of normal shooting.

As for the Arthur Murray foot templates...

... I have had several beginning students whose natural stance was with both feet in line with the cue stick, and one student naturally stood with their front foot on the wrong side of the stick -- like they had to pee really badly.

No idea. I didn't explore either of the Super thingys. It's CJ. It's snake oil.

CJ is definitely right on the stance. I had a older guy when i was in my mid 20's that tried to show me this and he was a jam up player and had a helluva stroke. I tried it for like 2 days and it just felt weird to me and i went back to my old way of lining up the shot with my right hip and stepping my left foot almost straight forward. Wish I had listened. I had always struggled with long straight ins. When i missed it was always to the right. Once i went to this stance, it put my cue more directly in the center of both eyes and helped my see the center of the cueball better. It has made a world of difference. I step out a lot farther to the side and squat more than CJ. More like my old friend that i should have listened to.

For us tall guys anyway.

Are talking about the jumbo rubber band to add resistance to you stroke arm? I think that was concept was invented by Strong Arm John who was CJ's road dog back in the day. I remember when S.A.J. used to come to Houston with Whitey Walker in the 90's and he would always be practicing with that rubber band while Whitey was in action.
