anyone use a brunswick converion kit to.....

i am thinking of having bruswick make new rails for me to put on my gold crown 1 or 2
they said i would need a conversion kit and the rails would be gold crown 5 rails
i also asked them to make the pockets 4 3/8 inch
is this a good idea ?
anyone have any experience with this ?
your comments greatly appreciated
i know mark gregory and jeremy chambers are other options
 
Does the cost justify it? I wonder what the price would be. I am willing to bet that Mark's rails would still have a higher quality level of work and precision.

the woman who took my request called me back and stated brunswick needed to know if i have a ball return (yes ) or drop pockets
and size of table 9 '
you would think the dealer would know to ask that the first time around
i think its prudent for me to pm you thier quote when i get it
 
Bumping this thread to see if the OP ever got a quote for the conversion kit.

Incidentally, I was just at Surge a couple days ago. The converted tables are gorgeous. I really like the white bases with black tops. Here are some photos I took while I was there ...

Looks awesome! I think Mark Gregory had a hand in the design of those new GC rails, so they should play as good as they look.
