He was snitched on buy a good friend of his. I hear he is going to get 10 years. He also takes care of his parents. It is sad to go down that way.

The details of his and any other felons convictions are public information. All of the info I post here is easily found online through the GDC website.

WALTON, JASON KANE was convicted of "TRAF COCAINE LESS 200 GM" and sentenced to 10 years in prison. He began his sentence on January 3, 2008.

The picture is his mugshot.

And if you want to wager whether or not gambling on a pool match is legal in KY, then we can post some dough and call the District Attorney in Louisville or the state AG in KY.

Well, I guess you have never heard of the Derby City Classic which is FAMOUS for the large sums of money bet on events...and guys which cash stuffed in all their pockets as these threads have mentioned.

There are on duty Louisville cops all over the place WATCHING the action. Do you think that Louisville cops don't know the law? Do you think that they do know the law but risk losing their jobs and their PENSIONS by standing around in the middle of massive "illegal gambling" and doing nothing about it?

Then when I stated that drug dealers traffic in death and destruction you stated...

Oh and by the way

People say the same thing about pool. .

That's one of the most "inane" (to use your word) posts in the history of this forum. Kindly cite ONE credible source that suggests that playing pool is often lethal!

If you're going to argue, try making a point that someone in their right mind might agree with.

LOL

Jim

"was a jerk"? .... I just saw him yesterday. They must have offed him last night :) .

LOL...but "was" doesn't necessarily mean he was offed. It could mean that he his no longer a jerk. But of course, that is not true.

He is also implicated in a pending problem being faced by a well known road player similar similar to what happened to Angry.

What a guy! I dispise drug dealers...but despise snitches even more....especially when they are just trying to save their own rear ends.

I had thought that he sold clothes for a living, at one time he was selling mens shirts and sweaters. Real nice clothes at real nice prices, and he could definetly make a calcutta worth winning. I'll send him a card also.--Leonard

Selling or fencing? Seems like fencing would be more in line with the other posts.

... The law that imprisons him is immoral. If you knew him, he'd love to hear from you...

The law that imprisoned him may be a bad law, but "immoral"? Come on.

I have seen A.W.G. at plenty of our touraments and have never witnessed him do aything illegal. He sold Ralph Lauren Polo's, and if they were knockoffs, they were dead perfect knock offs.....polo's here are $79...60 miles north of us at the outlet they are $35....I would buythem from A.W.G.at a little over that. So as far as I know, he would get them from outlets for cheap and charge a small surcharge for delivering them.

People make mistakes, especially with drugs. You would be surprised at the number of people close to you that at some point in their life were involved with drugs or other illegal activities to make a few dollars. Just last weekend, a local school board member was busted with coke in their pocket.
Judge not yet ye be judged.

We will miss A.W.G.'s jokes and wisecracks thats for sure.

I think any activity a consenting adult chooses to engage in is moral as long as it doesn't deprive another party of their right to life, liberty and property or doesn't violate a written contract between the parties.

I hate drugs, I really do, but I think a strong case can be made the laws are immoral. Think about it - we are arresting about 800,000 Americans every year for use or possession of a drug that is safer than alcohol or tobacco (marijuana). This is moral, how exactly?
