I am not sure what your plans are. If you are looking to use your homeowners ins you could have a problem. I had a high end Black cue stolen and it was a war with the insurance company to get pay a fair price. You may want to look into companies that specialize in that kind of insurance.
When I insured my cues, I gave the blue book as a reference and I didnt need to send cues to anyone, or pay for anything else. I had one claim and the rates jumped up about 300% (like Obamacare). It was a "rider" on my house insurance and of course it raised the rate on my house too, instead of just the rider. They "dinged" me for having a claim, etc.
My other advice which is free and worth what you are paying for it, is I quit insuring cues and bought a gun safe.
My cues were safe, I was able to fill it with other valuables too.
I typically only took my cues out 1 or 2 at a time, instead of the entire collection.
