"Splitting image" -- is that a picture of an axeman generating firewood?
Splitting image? I thought the expression was "spitting image"? I guess I just "learned me" a new saying.
You are right, though. In fact, there are plenty of pool players that look like other famous people. For example, Kim Davenport is a spitting image of Sam Elliot (actor). Methinks there's an old thread or two about this very topic:

Ah, I recognize this. It's the "newbie to the boards" 4-step self-defense program: 1.) read a reply post that exploits a funny misspelling of a common phrase (for the purposes of humor, nothing more); 2.) take it personally; 3.) go and correct your original post; 4.) then come back and reply with insults to the person that pointed it out. (Completely ignoring the rest of the reply post which tried to extend upon your "observation" that a pool player resembled some other famous person -- an old topic here.)

probably that pocketpoint or whatever the tool's name that got banned... seems he had some fixation with usernames with 9 ball or something .. or knows.. or cares. I ran a quick command to purge all of that person/persons activities out of my head.

..and speaking of relativity, I think Albert looks like Danny.
Albert examined stuff moving at the speed of light.....
...but he never got the hang of how Danny moves at one-pocket
