I wouldn't go as far as to say it was a waste of time, who am I to say?

You know, I was thinking right after my last post, as much time as I spend on this forum, it's probably a little hypocritical of me to criticize how others spend their time. :D

you should look into going to another league. IMO pool leagues should be on a 9' or 10' tables or it's not really pool.[/QUOTE

I've never in my life seen a 10' pool table with pockets.

Likewise, I'll be willing to go out on a limb and say that the majority of pool games are currently being played on bar box billiard tables across the US.

Ahem...well, you got that right, and I really don't have much to say about that, personally.

There are plenty of people there, who will more than challenge you. Unless of course, you're a pro.

As a matter of fact, I've play in matches, where opponent breaks in game 1 and runs out. Player gets 8 ball break on game 2. Player breaks in game 3 and then runs out. Then player breaks in game 4 and runs out. Then player breaks and makes nothing in game 5, which I proceed to run out... Next game I hook em, he kicks at it, makes it in the desired pocket, and then runs out again.
The Atlanta League where I play out of has 4 of the top U.S. Amateurs playing out of just one spot Mr Cues ! they and any number of players that play out of here will give her way more game than she wants to handle! :)

C'mon down!!!!!:D

If it weren't so far, and I didn't have to make the drive alone, I would! I much prefer the pool tables in the Atlanta pool halls!
