Are there any straight rail billiards videos?

What the title said.

I would love to see someone run a couple hundred points at it.
Get Caudron's instructional video from www.kozoom.com. On it he runs about 250 taking the balls around the table a couple of times. He explains what he is doing. Not all the shots are perfect so he has to do some correction shots. Also demonstrated are several forms of balkline, cushion caroms, three cushion position play and three cushion tough-shot play (how to score when your opponent has played safe).

Also available from kozoom is a DVD of the last 47/2 (18.2 in the US) world balkline championship. It has Caudron's semi-final and final matches, which were played to 300. It does not show him missing. He also had a 300-and-out in the quarter finals, as I recall.

So many video's to buy so little time! I see that this is a European site, will their DVD's work in a North American DVD player? I know that DVD players have region codes, depending upon where you live, which will effectively prevent you from watching recordings from different parts of the world.

It works fine in my computer -- not sure about a video DVD player.

Many of the newer dvd players will play pal dvds. I just bought this Caudron dvd, as well as a billiards instructional (all games) and 3 cushion instructional from that site and they all play on my computer and on 2out of my 3 dvd players. (I've also been able to convert one of them to mp4 format viewable on my ipod)

Thanks, at least now I know that if I buy one they will work on my computer. It's too bad there aren't any billiard tables near me, I would love to learn to play the game. I guess that's why I've taken up english billiards.

Is there any way I can read this Kazoom website in english?

Actually kozoom is working on an english version of their website. I'm not sure if they will have all the news in english but I'm suppose to help them out on this. I'm not sure when this will be ready though. Hopefully by the end of summer.
