I use a shoe from Cabala's with a very thick soft sole. Basically I'm walking around on a floor mat all the time. It looks heavy but it is far lighter than would be expected and very comfortable. For those that like to spend money Rockport makes a very similar shoe. No doubt Cabala's stole the shoe like they steal so many things but I didn't know that when I first started buying them not being a Rockport kind of guy.

I tried the full gel insert and they were useless. They made the inside of the shoe 'shorter' so now my foot is rubbing against the top of the inside of the shoe- everything felt tight. I chucked'm quick.

I had the exact same problem when I bought them. Not sure how anyone can get them to work. Are you supposed to tear-out the existing sole?

I magenetized my garage floor and wear steel boots. My weight determines the amount of current to hold me .5 inches above the floor. No pressure on these tootsies.

No problem playing for 6-8 hours with no shoes!!!

You might want to stop eating the paint chips in the garage.

Kinda hard to comply with the rule of having to keep one foot on the floor when shooting...

you can buy 2'x2' foam flooring squares that lock together. they come in different colors and are used for kids play area on hard flooring. They work great around a pool table. They come in a pack of 4.

I didn't see the link on "thehammer37" post. They do work great for a quick soft floor.
