Are you this nice in person...?

Most definitely. If it wasn't for people like you this would be the boring forum. I appreciate your help in keeping things interesting.

Sarah

Good luck at Michigan. I will miss you big time... :(

I will try to make it to VF. Good luck with your fundraiser before VF.

Yeah, I will miss your green checker shoes as well... :D

Take care,

Richard

Richard,

Sorry you can't make it to the tournament in Michigan City. Myself and some others will definitely miss you.

Hopefully you can make it to VF. I got some new shoes...I think you would be proud!!

See you soon,

I have known Sarah for a while now. The first time I met her, I had the pleasure of getting my tush kicked by her at a ladies event at Chris's in Chicago. She was only 15 and was running racks back then. She has always be respectful to the other players. I wish I had her killer break!

Good luck with the pro tour Sarah, and keep playing well!

Susie,

Thanks for your kind words. I will probably see you this week in Chicago. Are you going to the WPBA tournament in Michigan City or are you staying around the Viking tournament?

Take care,
Sarah

Sarah,

No, I will be staying in the Chicago area during the week, but then a bunch of us are going down to Decatur for APA singles regionals, so I may try to see some of the Viking action before the weekend (with camera in hand). By the way, did I ever get those pics of you to you? I have recently put all my photos to CD and have labeled them so they are easy to find now.

Also, I don't feel my game is that good to play in something like that when I really don't have a good chance. My game is so streaky and it really depends on how my back is doing. I have been playing in a lot of smaller tournaments especially one on Friday nights that is a round robin format where you play everyone in the house once. A few times I only had 3 or 4 loses, but I just missed the money. Yesterday, I played in a blind draw double tournament and we took second. I have also played at Cafe a few times when I didn't have to go to league, and I just missed the money again. However, I;m not saying I enjoy losing, but I had a lot of fun playing again, and it had been a while since I felt that way.

Will you be at the tournament at Chris's on Saturday, April 2? It is alternate breaks, so you won't be able to run racks on the guys.

I hope your fundraiser does well. Be sure to love what you do, otherwise it becomes hard work!

Take care,

Susie

Deanna, you have been missing out with all the excitement around here! I hope you are doing alright.
