Ariel Carmelli, Carolina Customs, or Jacoby

Ac cues for the money
Very good hitting cues.
I have had 2 of his cues and one coming .

I am only reporting about my dealings,I bought 4 Carolina cues at different times, all 4 were in great condition when i got them, and 3 of them were sold to good friends of mine.i see 2 of the cues from time to time and they play perfect.I would not hesitate to tell you to buy the Carolina cue,you will like it and the prices are not too much.its a true value.

I played a new CCC for raound about a year and am now the owner of an Ariel Carmeli. While making a pretty good deal, I hadn´t to spend thoughts on the expense for the AC.

If I´d have a money problem, I wouldn´t spend thoughts about achieving a Carmeli. But if the money is no problem, there would only be one choice- a Carmeli plays and hits so well, a Carolina rarely can reach even if it plays great too.

well to update I have a Carolina on order. As state previously. Trevor and the boys at Carolina Customs will take any and all of your ideas suggestions to heart. and do what you want. but, will also give you viable options to alter it for the better or tell you straight up if something will not work the way you think.

THey are also by far the easiest to deal with. At any givin time during business hrs of course. if you call he will answer. OR if you email he will respond most times by the end of the day.

This here is a huge bonus and a great feeling. As I'm spending a great deal of money and making the cue all to my design and specs. And this being my first Custom cue, his input and help is great as I'm not as knowledgable as a lot of you guys that have been doing this for many years. It really helps and feels good knowing that I have a company building my cue that actually care about the customer. Very rare in this day and age.

As far as the Carmeli's. HE was my very 1st choice. but, due to cost and wait time I chose Carolina and I must admit I'm not in the least bit regreting it. I did manage to pic up a Beauty of a Carmeli of a fellow AZer and I truly love that cue. I can't wait for my Carolina to compare. Althought they are going to be very different cues. So I still will end up getting Carmeli to make me one in the future.

This has been a very exciting few months as I spent a good portion of my free time(Which I don't have much of) Drawing up and thinking of different designs and searching the web for wood choices.

After changing my design about 50 times Carolina Customs (specifically Tervor) Has been a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them ten fold over a lot of the other makers just due to the fact that their business Ethics are the best. The fact they make a Amazingly Beautiful cue doesn't hurt either

I will get pics up as soon as it's finished. Thanks again for your help people. you guys are great.

wow been a whi,le since this thread was alive. I do got Pictures I will get them up later tonight about to head to work. Cue Looks amazing. But I can't play with it for anything. dont know why. Feels good I just can't make balls.

I just went to a Carolina Custom and it took me some time to get use to the hit. My previous cue was a bit softer and this one seems a bit firmer. I will say that I love the CC and now I hit it fine. I just had to put some hours in on the table.

Good luck with getting in stroke with it...just give it some time..
