J Jim Baxter AzB Gold Member Gold Member Silver Member Sep 29, 2015 #1 I chucked the butt size piece up and took a 30 thou. off at a vary fast lateral speed , and did get some small chipping , I slowed the later speed, took a smaller cut and was perfect , No chipping , Light 220 sanding and 2 coats of CA , pictures below .
