**attention carolina cues - website hacked**

I just tried to browse your website, (www.carolinacues.com) and received this warning:

"The Websense category "Malicious Web Sites" is filtered."

I'm at work and we use a web-filtering firewall, it's called Websense. In order to get this classification changed you must contact them directly and they will have to test/verify your site.

I've been to your site before and it didn't give this result, so did something happen to your in the last 8 months?

You can check their listing by using this tool: https://www.websense.com/content/SiteLookup.aspx

You will have to register to use it though, I think it's free. I did have to get my own website category changed once, but I just sent an email to the support team, maybe you can try that as well.

Hope this gets worked out for you, I wonder how many people can't get to your site because of it's classification. Websense is pretty much an standard among big company web security/firewalls.

I just tried the site from my home computer - and there is a malicious attack warning coming from Norton. Something is trying to force a download from the obbscan.in domain. You need to contact your web hosting company and let them know about this.

my antivirus kicked in too!

displayed: " a recent attempt to attack your computer was blocked" there was also a plugin that wanted to be installed; that never happened in the past

I sure hope they get it fixed but .... wait ... rather than believe you, let me try the site too and see if my anti virus picks it up too, or if I instead get some crazy malware that makes me reformat. :scratchhead: :yeah:

hahaha, i don't recommend anyone visiting their site to see if their anti-virus software works. I had an extra computer not doing anything so i used that just in case. It helps that i'm a computer guy by trade, so i felt pretty confident that even if it wasnt' caught, i wouldn't be affected.

LOL, I was "tongue in cheek" referring to post #3 :)

I didn't notice anything wrong at all but maybe I would if I used anti virus software.

Wait a sec, why is my computer running so much slower all of a sudden? What are these porn pop ups all about?

Seems to working fine now... No issues and no detection with corporate AV....

Dang you guys...Now I saw two cues I have no business looking at... Thanks! :sorry:

well, i still can't look at it from work, but i do like to browse their site to see if they have anything new once in a while... i shouldn't be looking either, but... oh well. lol

This happened to me about 3 weeks ago on the mezz cues website. Wonder if someone is going after the competition. Is so, that's a dispicable move
