It is possible to stream live with a mack on Justintv using multiple cameras using camtwist with quicktime broadcaster. Just did it with my macbook. You can also put in the video effects. No DV switch needed.... Very smooth and free. Both applications are public domain.

So you are running the camera to camtwist, then camtwist to QT Broadcaster to Justin?

I tried Camtwist with Ustream ages ago and it was too much for my macbook to handle. What speed is your Mac?

I opened QT broadcaster first and then to camtwist to Justin. My mac is a 2 Ghz dual core with 2 GB of ram. A similar combination of manycam, windows media encoder can be used.

Ustream was not mac friendly until recently.
