Audrick cues ???

measureman did you not just buy a new cue? do you like it or were you just pokin around on the bay?

JUNK.... I bought one to see what they looked like.. I had it about 3-4 weeks and it looks like a banana now..

I hear ya...I have read mixed reviews, some good some bad. The price was very little and already I have had one offer from a buddy to buy it if I don't like it. Worse case scenario I am out $170 or can sell it dirt cheap to someone who needs a banger cue.

heard some good things heard some bad things..about warpage, some have had an audrick for years and still hasnt warped on em and some say 3-4 weeks tops..i guess it would all depend on where you are..and how close of a climate it is to the Philippines. either way not a bad looking cue to have

i'm in toronto, have had my audrick for 2 years, nothing's wrong aside from wear and tear from occasional use. shaft is still straight, inlays arent popping, finish is holding up well.

Audrick cue

My only experience with an Audrick cue was a bad one. My buddy did a trade for it and asked if I knew someone who could fix the loose stainless steel joint sleeve. Well..not only was the joint sleeve loose.. but the pin was installed crooked. Also, the decorative boxes in the butt were drawn in with a sharpie. And, the forearm was warped. But it did have nice joint protectors.

It may be hit or miss with their cues and some could be very nice. I've only seen this one so that's all I can comment on.

He just shipped it so that is a pretty quick turnaround. He has done about 1200 transactions with a 99% positive rating so we shall see. Of course just because it looks good to begin with doesn't mean it will in a month after I give the feedback. I will probably post a review on it here.

My roommate bought one off of ebay. He wanted a nice looking cue for cheap. Cheap is what it was. You could feel the points and the shaft was so ruff that your could get splinters. The wrap came off with in a few months.

Well it just arrived and I have to say I am very impressed from a visual standpoint. The points do not come through the finish, the turquise inlays look well done, and the overall look of the cue is better then it looked like online. The shaft is slick and the ferrule/tip look nice and not botched. The true test will of course be when I roll it on the table, as well as if the inlays start popping up from the climate change, but so far so good. Going to test hit it tonight.

Great let us know how it performs. If i give you the model numbers of a few cues i'm looking at could you buy them and report back? Sure would be helpful. LOL

Absolutely, I only charge a fee for the cost of the cue + shipping, as well as a tax and another shipping fee if you want the cue after my report since I have 8 kids to feed . On a serious note I will let you know how it hits after a few sessions.

Subscribing...I've heard only terrible things IRL and online about cues from the Phillipines. I'd love to know how it hits as well.

I own 4 cues from the Philippines, one of which by Audrick, and the cues shoot great. I live in South Florida where the climate is similar to where the cues are constructed so warpage doesn't play a huge role here. I can imagine that in the midwest or higher drier climates the cues would suffer. Just use your own discretion when buying and the cues should work out great for you, especially for that price!

Well I have finally gotten a chance to hit some balls with the cue. I had to have the tip changed to something softer so I had to wait for that until yesterday. The cue does hit decent, especially for the price. I have not shot with a 59" cue before so it was different, but I kind of liked it. I did receive a few compliments on the look of the cue. The cue does have a bit of a wobble. It is not perfectly straight, but is not real crooked either. When rolled on the table you can see the light under the shaft, not by much but it is noticeable. All in all for the price it is definitely a decent cue to have. If your biggest concern is a perfectly straight cue, then you are taking a risk here. I live in the midwest so that may have something to do with the bit of a wobble. Let me know if anyone has any questions on it.
