Right you are. I think that this is among the best cues that I have ever offered for sale with an opening bid of under $1,700.00.

Thanks for wasting my time on this auction. You didn't get any bids the first time, relisted it at no reserve, and ended it early again because it didn't get bid up enough to suit you, saying the item was lost or broken. What a joke. When you run a no reserve auction you should be willing to see it through, no matter what.

Another e-bay scumbag move .......... Musta fell from his hands and "broken"......... Now if i bid on this and then decided not to buy im a(deadbeat bidder with bad feedback) scumbag but the seller gets away with murder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These chickenshit moves prove a lack of integrity, the bux above all. Makes me wonder about cue condition, age, straightness, etc. Oh, and he'll be back soon, patting himself on the back, touting another great deal on a phantom cue. What a weiner.

After having too many beers last night, I pulled the Morris out and played with it. The cue was leaning against a wall when I accidently knocked it over. It hit a table and has a bid ding in it, so I removed it from eBay. After the cue gets repaired, it will be relisted. If you want a very nice cue with a very sizeable ding in it, make me an offer.

What a crock of steaming shit....

You advertise this as, and I quote, never chalked or played with". Yet, you put it up for sale, and then decide to chalk it and play with it after you already posted it was NEVER chalked and NEVER played with....

You have no integrity and grossly misrepresent things to buyers and I really don't believe a word of anything you have posted...

Unethical.

Up for auction is a BRAND NEW/NEVER CHALKED 18 point NED MORRIS custom cue, which is signed by Ned and dated "03." Neither shaft has ever been chalked or played with. This cue is PERFECT!

<Cough> Bullshit <Cough>

I am glad finally that everyone here can see what a so called lawyer does on ebay.Everyone was quick to jump and stick up for him when he joined az ,but you cant take the stripes off a zebra and call him a horse!!He does this with all his auctions and ebay has been killing some of them and they will throw him off again for closing his auctions all the time, its against the rules if its a pattern.I urge all those who bid on his auctions to file complaints with ebay. This is why people hate lawyers because they really have no integrity at all,its all about the money.I doubt if he is one,his law firm would throw him out for unethical behavior if they knew.He leaves out certain things in his adds that would effect the price like length and real condition but always remembers to put the lenght if its not a problem. And why would a lawyer who usually makes tons of money not be willing to just put a reserve on the cue and pay the fee and not have to watch the auction all the time to see if it gets high enough. That makes no sense at all,and dont say you hate those ebay fees, you pay 6 bucks for starbucks coffee if your a lawyer!!!

Pathetic....

I will never buy a thing you ever try to sell, and if anyone I know attempts to buy something from you, I will remind them of this thread....

Go ahead and have it deleted as I am sure you will try to do to somewhat save face. I've saved a copy of this for future reference....

Hey Jedi, watch this one he has listed, bet it gets canceled early for some bs reason

What a joke....

First he ****s someone buy not telling them the accurate length of a cue...

Then he lists this cue as "New, never been chalked or played" then supposedly plays a few games with it and drops it and dings it....

Either you lied about saying it was never chalked, were GOING to lie by chalking it to play with it, or you were not happy with the bidding and cancelled the auction....

Either way your a peice of shit....

Everyone here will remember this, good luck selling anything again....

Making sure you never sell anything is my new personal mission in life.....

Sue me...

Bump,I think this one needs to be kept up at the top for awhile!

Defend yourself here! The comments posted here are packing some weight and need to be answered. Your reputation seems to be sagging in the shorts a bit.

I was wondering how long have you been selling cues on Ebay?

What caused the problems with the Carmeli cue? Why was the guy not satisfied? What did you do to try to correct the problem?
