can anyone help? I need to contact jerry with az billiards. when I click on the "contact us" link at the bottom of the az website I get some "google" search page. I won the 1st gold membership raffle 2nd prize last year. a BKIII predator break cue and have a warranty issue and need shipping/order number info. thanks :thumbup:

If they require proof of purchase, I'm sure the correspondence with Jerry at the time of winning the drawing would suffice.
