My apologies for arguing on this thread. I got a little upset with the trash talking about Jimmy and Rude Dog, so I defended them.

I agree with you Satman. I too loved the nature of this idea, and it disgusts me that people attempt to ruin it by talking trash about the players we are sending.

So what else is new? Any time any body does anything of merit, there is somebody on these boards throwing mud on it. I guess all you can do is ignore the mud throwers because they are not going away. They are losers in life that can't stand seeing winners in action actually winning. This is a wonderful thing you all are doing here and God shall bless you all for it. Charity is a blessed thing.

if ya'll would excuse the rudeness of littel o'l me, I would like to offer my 2 cents for this whole sending an az man to the open. I like the idea. it's nice and kind of fun. however wouldn't be more fair and insure the cream of the crop of you had a tournament in town for arizonin's where all the entries when to their funding the u.s. open trip? This would insure that you get a lot of involvment as well as no playering favorites.

besides, with all the entries and donatations I bet you could send a four a five players to the open. it just seems highly unfair that only two or so mediocure players that happen to be net junkies get to go.

I'm more of a pool player than I am a "net junkie". I happen to sit at a computer all day at work, so I do post on here because this is a forum about pool. Go figure. Do I know you? Do you know me? Do you know Rude Dog? Does he know you? Who are you? How do you know that we're just a couple of mediocre net junkies? Where are you getting your information?

I have a hunch who Cuteone is but it's only a hunch.
Somehow even without capitalizing the first letter of the sentences her diction/vocabulary and word structure look amazingly so similar to one person.
