I don?t know how to start this but I would like to apologize to everybody especially to the people that have been affected by the incident that had happen to me this past few weeks. I have been used, manipulated and dragged into this issue of defrauding my fellow azb members. Pool equipments were ordered under my name and even being sent to my home address without my knowledge and consent.
I have been a responsible member of this forum and had bought some of my cues here from fellow members and had great transactions with all of them without any problems. I have my fist cue here in azb from Dave Albrecht, got my Olney cue from Remy, Carolina Cue from JimL, and lastly another cue from Dave Albrecht, all of this transactions are flawless, I have never had any problems transacting with them, nor them with me. I have also had a cue on order from Kevin Varney, a rosewood/bem pj cue that was said to be finished about 1 year from my order date last May, I have made a deposit of 50% ($325) for this cue, haven?t heard from him yet though after my deposit, one from Bob Flynn of Denali Cues, a tulipwood/ebony pj cue that is almost finished, made my deposit and the rest upon completion, a jt-1 from Judd Fuller which will be due within 9 months, made my deposit of 20% too, and lastly an african blackwood/satinwood pj from Bryan Mordt which will be due on April, I was also lined up from MasonH waiting list for about 2 years but he had already scrapped my name from his list due to this incident. I have also one finished, bem/bocote PJ, and just awaiting pick up from Linds, a Philippine cue maker, that has already been fully paid few months ago. Why I?m saying this is because I myself is a trusting person and have a passion for this game. I legitimately buy my equipments without the thought of defrauding or stealing something from somebody, I am proud of everything that I have because all of this are fruits of my labor. I have been here in Hong Kong for about 11 years now and have lived at this same house ever since and had never have any problems until this Tim Hong stepped into my life.
I have trusted and sheltered this guy and all I get in return was all this, almost ruining my life, reputation and endangering my family. I have suffered great deals of stress from this incident, but I am determined to put everything in order, I have been cooperating with everybody that has been affected to sort everything out and assumed all responsibility in this issue, I have returned the packages that I was able to recover from their rightful owners, reported and got all this matter investigated by my local police. I will never turn my back on this matter for my hard earned reputation is at stake. I have already spent so much time, efforts, and money on this one and I will still do if I have to just to bring back my peace again. This is just my beginning to pursue this person that has done this harm to me and hopefully bring him to justice and never do this to anybody again. I have made a mistake of trusting a person, I?ve learned my lessons and learned it well.
Again, I am very sorry to everybody that was affected by this issue and my sincerest thanks to the people that had helped, suggested and stood by me in trying to resolve this issue.
