azb issue about me

We are facing the two extreme ways here.....there is a middle way as well you know... I call this "a herd" situation... Let people that got hurted first to respond to all that Yuri said in here and act accordingly... You threw pos reps like flyers...oh well
 
If you want to be 100% exonerated, please provide us with the police report number so that we can confirm with the Hong Kong Police ourselves. The AZb victims should also speak to the HK Police directly so that they can include themselves in the case against Mr. Hong (I'm a bit surprised that the police didn't already do that). It just takes one phone call from us. Once we can confirm that, indeed, the police are looking for this Mr. Hong, then you can have all the green rep you can ever need.

Yuri I've been following this post from the gitgo. I hope I'm wrong but it smells like BS. If you're half a world away expelling BS to outrun the longarm of the law, it will never work. This bunch here will feast on your azb carcass. I know there are victims here an my thinking is you're not one. Until some of us see proof, your posts are nothing more than unsupported BS......Please prove me wrong!!!!!!!

Frankly I was never contacted by Yuri, no PM's emails. Ignoring my questions that could be simply answered is not convincing me at all!!!!!!
 
Well after reading this heartfelt outpouring of hyperbole I wonder why some of us were so quick to forgive and turn him green again without a single piece of evidence.
Maybe we just want to believe in the inherent good in every one.
But guys remember if it walks like a duck & quacks like a duck, it's a friggen duck..

You are right. I did respond earlier that I hope everything works out for everyone. I didn't give him good rep though, because his story could be bs. It could also have been true also, but I wanted to wait until the victims stepped forward and let us know if what he said was true, and he was a victim also.
 
patrick, sir, i have sent you an email regarding the issue, and never got any response. i have emailed all and spoken to most of the people that were affected by the this incident. provided them details of the steps i have done. i have filed a case against this guy at my local police station (hung hom) and the case number is 08025000.
I have been in constant contact with michael and joe during this incident and have told them all that had happened.
if i wanted to defraud members here then i would never assume any responsibility about this issue, i know all this will be a part of my ordeals, i'm really sorry i know i cannot please everybody here.

my take on this is why bother if it's really Yuri that is guilty? Why would he come on here at all and bother to explain the situation? No one is going to trust him anyway until the situation is cleared up.

The other thing that bothers me is WHY all of the sudden after so many good transactions would Yuri turn bad and start ripping people off when he knows it's suicide on the forums. He also knows that there are people who know him, he knows that the police can show up at his house so why would he do this?

I guess you all don't believe in innocent until proven guilty. The guy had a good track record and has given his money in the form of deposits to many cuemakers. Sounds like he is fairly trusting.

Then within the space of several weeks things start to happen that are completely out of character. Or can anyone point to a bad deal with Yuri before this Tim Hong/Multiple PayPal account scams started?

This all reminds me of 12 Angry Men. Watch that movie someday and you'll learn a lot about jumping to conclusions based on "obvious" evidence.

I am inclined to believe Yuri but then again I am not affected by this. I stand by my observation though that he has zero to gain by coming here if he is indeed guilty of these crimes.
 
I would like nothing more than to believe Yuri, I absolutely hate blaming people even when they have done wrong. There are a couple of things that just don't make any sense to me that I feel I need clarification on to give me peace of mind. Very simple answers to my questions that make sense would clear up any doubts I have. I am a very fair person and will give credit due where it is deserved.
The whole posting the Mucci on another site could simply be due to the fact that a cue showed up to Yuri's house and he thought what the hell free cue I will sell it to make a buck. All I am saying is that at first it sounds very suspicious but I have dealt with crazier things in life.
Yuri I promise I never received an email from you.
 
That's a good point Patrick. Like I told Yuri he needs to answer all the questions. First though he needs to do what needs to be done to make it right. I have the feeling that if the police thought he was guilty of perpetrating these scams then he would be in jail now. That is if the police have been notified by others which I think is what happened.

However I also have little faith in the justice system in any land. So who knows.

Hope it all works out.
 
IMO, unless Yuri owes you something...you should give him room.

Answering *all* the questiions if you were not involved is self serving to only people on a witch hunt.

Actually it impacts us all as there is a certain level of trust needed to transact worldwide. If Yuri wants to be a member and clear his name then he should be willing to answer any question people here put to him.

People are on a witch hunt anyway and the only way to stop it is to face the accusers directly with direct answers. Otherwise the speculation never stops.
 
Patric, did Yuri ( or other ( do something to wrong you personally?

If not, why are you demanding an email or some other contact?
 
I've lost the most money from this incident than most mof the people that has been affected by this incident and never complained about it. I didn't come here to win everybody's approval nor the green reps. with regards to the question why now? because all my accounts in my pc was accessed and passwords changed intentionally by the same person who did all this to me and i am no computer genius to figure out what to do. i needed to seek assistance in this matter to be able to use back all my aacounts again that have been rightfully mine bearing my name in it than creating a new one. but during this time, as i've said, i have been in constant ccommunication with the people affected trying to resolve the problem. with regards to being well versed about this site, i think there is nothing very technical about this site that needs to be studied to be well versed, this is just all about trust and honesty in meeting and dealing with people. and about trust and honesty, please just ask the people here that i have dealt with in the past and the people whom i have orders presently and the people that were affected by ths issue. i have had a meucci once that i bought legitimately and have sold it to philippines on other site quite some time ago and that one is not joe's cue. i never posted joe's cue for sale for it isn't mine, i admit that i have seen the cue, took pic and posted on other site to brag about it not knowing its history, all i know by then was the guy bought it while he was still staying at my home. the guy had fled the morning when this issue is already sprawling out with joes cue. never heard from him since. I am not hallucinating and everything that had happened to me is not a product of my imaginations, how i wish this was all just a dream so i can wake up now and resume back to my normal life. if you think this is all bs then be it. i have not done anything that would be disadvantageous to anybody, i did all what i can to resolve the problem than to complain or ask for sympathy. i have focused more on resolving the problem than anything else. the thing is, i can't find any reason for stealing nor defrauding anybody here just for a pool equipment, i have quite a few of it, though its not as good as what most people have. i don't have all the answers to all your questions, for i have so many questions too that needs to be answered. and this would only be possible if this guy speaks up here or better yet get caught. am i really that stupid to put myself in all of this trouble and risk endangering my family, i don't think so.
i am not trying to save myself here, i just wanted this problem that has been done to me and the others resolved, thats it.
again, thank you all guys for all your time, efforts and concern about this issue.
 
Yuri, I wish you the best of luck. It's not easy being in your situation. If you end up finding this Hong guy....give him one in the gut for us AZb members....
 
Mr. Wilson, I was one of the people that was caught up in this scam, i sold a cue to Tim_Hong who used Yuri's paypal and address to get the cues shipped and payed for. Luckily I got the cue returned to me because my secretary failed to fill out a customs form upon sending it. I am out a lot of time and some money from the charge back and unauthorized account issues with paypal.

speaking from personal experience, Yuri has made some transactions with me already. latest was the Kingwood cue with ivory ferrule, joint, buttcap and lots of ivory inlays. he deposited the amount IN FULL & IN ADVANCE to my personal bank account (not even via paypal - that's how i have built my credibility & integrity here in our country and in our customers in southeast asia) and i delivered the cue after i got the money. simple as that, hassle-free.

there's another transaction for us november, and i have been advised by Yuri that payment will be made within 2 weeks from now. i have no worries. i believe in the guy.

so that's my comment. :)
