Koop

Hey Koop how ya been?

Man I wish I was back in school, where all I had to do was go to class and play pool, drink the occassional case of beer, (over a period of 2 to 3 days), not to suggest that I have cirrhosis of the liver or anything.

Now all I do is work, which isn't looking like it'll let up any time soon. I signed up for the Peace Corps. I'll be leaving in for Africa in June. no electricity, running water, or most importantly, no pool :(

The AzBilliards Discussion Forum is enjoyed by pool players, fans, and enthusiasts from around the world. I am curious about the demographics of its readers. I saw a similar survey done on another pool-related forum and was very surprised at the end results.

Here is a list of questions. If you don't want to answer one, just leave it blank. This isn't meant to be an invasion of privacy, but just to get a flavor of the demographics of the AzBilliards family of Discussion Forum readers, posters, and hopefully lurkers.

LOL! When I initiated this thread, it was an attempt to get a flavor of the demographics of the pool community here on AzBilliards Discussion Forum. I have not added up the remaining responders since, but if you go about 10 pages back, you can see what the demographics were at that time. I think there were 200-plus, but it most definitely has grown.

I'm inundated with work these days and trying to make preparations to get out of Dodge next week. When I return and recover from the U.S. Open, I'll take a stab at it once more. The response has been GREAT to date.

If anybody would like to do the math, by all means, step up to the plate and go for it. It was interesting to see the median age earlier this year was in the thirties, and the majority of responders were American, but it may have changed. The AzBilliards family is growing, and that's a good thing! :)
