You responded to a question I had, on another forum, about Keith's book. I remember you saying there were some issues that had to be straightened out before it could be published. I can't remember what the issues were but have they been taken care of? Can we expect to see the book out anytime soon? Do you have a title for the book? I, along with a lot of others, are anxiously (sp?) waiting.
