AZ'ers in Europe?

Won't Make it Then

If you can try and make it for the Eurotour in June. Rankweil, Austria is a little over an hour away from Zurich and two hours from Stuttgart.

I'll be in Europe through the rest of this month, Asia in April and May, and LA in early June. After that, I'll enjoy the summer at home.

If I get back to Europe this year, it will be after summer.

Goin There

Here's a LINK to a nice poolhall in Zurich. I live in Switzerland but just to the opposite side of the country...

I'll check this place out tonight. I'll be in Locarno tomorrow night. When I get a SIM Card, I'll post my number.

Passed Out

Did you go to the pool room I told you?
If you come to Geneva, let me know !

Bill,
Between the jet lag and a bottle of chianti, I passed out after dinner. I'll be back in Zurich in a couple weeks. I'll check it out then. But I won't make it to Geneva this time.

Zed 9,
I got your SMS, did you get my reply? I'll be in Rome on Friday or Saturday.

Last night I was able to play some 9-Ball with zed9 in Rome. He was nice enough to pick me up and take me to an out of the way room with a Gold Crown. We had a great time. I wish I could have played longer, but after a couple hours I had to go to a friend's house for dinner. I didn't bring my cue because during the day I walked around Rome and saw the Forums, the Pantheon, the Colisseum, etc. Zed9 let me use his cue as well. Thank you zed9 for a showing me a great place and a great experience that I would never have found on my own. Watching the two Italian guys in their 80's wearing 3 piece suits and bantering while they played Italian Billiards was great. Those guys should be on Youtube.

Big Tattoo, I'll see you next. I'll be in Stuttgart on Tuesday night. You have my number.

Cuaba it was great meeting you, just sorry you didn't have more time.
you're right about those two old men, both I believe well into their eighty's who play together a couple of times a week. An inspiration to think you can play and enjoy billiards for so long - one of them told me 'I started playing at 13 so now I have been playing for 70 years' !

I'll Be Back
