i'd love to see how many AZer's have cues out of Keith Josey's shop. please share them with the rest of the members.

I don't have any in just yet, but I will be adding Keith's cues to my website. Some Sneakies, J/B's, and Keith's new line of traditonal short splice cues he will be debuting at the US Open this year.

Josey...

Had this done back in 2002...but I traded it away.

I've owned 5 Josey cues in last year or so. Still have 2 in my possession including the one below. My "gambler" cue is featured in 3rd edition. My other one is ebony fancy sneaky pete.

One I sold as it was a plain jane cue and I wanted a fancy sneaky pete. Second one because it had green stone inlay and I don't like stone inlay and third, because my friend wanted my purpleheart fancy sneaky.

Josey cues hit great ... to me, a cue that hit closest to one piece cue. I don't think Josey "style" is for everyone but I've seen some stunning cues .. including ones you designed!!!

P.S. Do you know if my gambler is 1 of a kind?

Here's butt of my ebony sneaky ... the finish on this cue has been removed (including signature) but I like the no gloss cue. Played with it tonight and it hits fantastic!!!

ii've been designing with keith now for 8+ years now so most of the stuff you see is my work. as far as the gambler i think there were only 2 made one with iivory and one with holly. i'm glad you enjoy the cues. keep a lookout for the spliced veneered cues that we're making. they'll be pretty nice.

I had Keith make me a sneaky pete and all I can say is he did a superb job. The workmanship and finsih is excellent. The shaft wood is excellent.. clean clear wood. Keith Josey cues are a bargain. I was actually surprised on the quality of this cue, I have seen other sneaky petes and very few will match up to a Josey....he puts everything into a cue no matter what the price.

I haven't bought a camera yet, so I only have pictures that a friend took.

Keith made me one as well. First rate cue, first rate dealings with him, even got a Christmas card. I really liked that cue and I planned on getting a better one.

Mine's a little plainer, but still a Josey!

My Joseys

This is a matching set I have from Keith. I just picked up the plain amboyna burl last week. Everything white in these cues is ivory. Keith is a class act in every sense of the word. Anyone wanting a cue should surely give him a call. He is also starting traditional veneered points. I am sure they will be awesome

we're working on the veneered cues now and some should be at the us open. by the way this is not the first time he's done traditional point cues. he makes a phenomenal traditional cue he just waited awhile to setup all his other machinery he needs to make them. they'll be real nice.

The ebony cue was built for me by Keith Josey and it was a beauty. Unfortunately I sold it and I’ve regretted that sale many times. Keith does great work and I can’t wait to see his traditional cues at the US Open this year. Keith and his wife Sherry are good friends of mine and I know it’s just a matter of time before I own another one of his cues.

The three cues are a fancy Nova cue, a super nice South West cue, and the ebony Josey.

SCCUES,

Isn't that Tony Watson's old Josey. It looks familiar to me. A friend of mine in North Georgia had it for awhile. Really nice cue!!!!

i talked with keith tonight and he said he already has pre- orders for these traditional point cues. i think this is what allot of buyer's were waiting for, josey style in a traditional form. enjoy these cues.

The pointed cue is my shooting cue and is 59". The plain cue is 58" and is my break cue. I just got the break cue last friday. They both play awesome.

here is mine. Simple, but just the way I like it.

No, Tony had a Josey cue with a similar design to that cue. I ordered mine brand new from Keith Josey and I sold it to an oriental fellow who lived in New York.

Uber-Fancy Sneaky :D

I received this cue from Keith a week ago, and thought I would post the pics here. These are from Keith, and are a bit dark...but I have been so busy playing with this cue non-stop, that I haven't paused to take my own pics yet.:o

Fit and finish on this cue is amazing! The cue is extremely solid feeling in the hand...literally feels like a one piece cue. All inlays are perfectly aligned in relation to one another...even some nice rings at the butt and joint. My new favorite joint...wood/wood with a Radial pin.:D

I am absolutely in love with this cue, and would highly, highly recommend one of Keith's 'uber-fancy' sneaky petes as an alternative to a higher end cue!!:D :D
