I would love to sit down and work with you but between filming and trying to get some time in at work, I barely have time to sleep. Maybe I will get some free time soon but I seriously doubt it will be before April. I will let you know if I do.

I recently put the break video on my site. It is OnDemand and only costs $10 to rent for 2 days. I am already getting some good feedback on it. I recommend checking it out because it has notes for you to take and drills that you can train with. The next 2 videos to come out will be on speed control and beginning kicking.
