Hey Mike, do you think it would be possible for you to make it so some people can't create too many topics in one day? I find it really annoying when there are 8 or 9 SILENCER topics in front of my face, which push alot of more relevant topics back and onto other pages. Perhaps if the topics were relevant, but most of them are not. Two of the current topics are single-sentence questions being asked, one question in each topic, which can be answered using less than 10 characters. If the guy is going to ask two short questions, can't he at least put them as a P.S. at the bottom of his other irrelevant threads? Two more of his topics are just mindless babble. One of which is mainly about a rock band, and he mentions a snooker table once in the entire thread, which I guess makes it relevant to pool?

It just really annoys me when interesting topics get pushed back a page or two, and they could have gotten alot more replies if people didn't miss them, because he keeps flooding the board with too many useless threads everyday. I think it's kind of obvious the guy is doing it on purpose to push people's buttons, to see how much he can get away with before he gets banned.

Maybe we should all try to find him a job so he doesn't have too much time on his hands. I think he is bored or something. Anyone have a job for him? lol.

Im not sure if you have the ability to do it on this board but on others i have seen a 'Sticky Thread' that always stay at the top. Maybe put some forum rules up and Make it sticky so noone can say 'i didnt know'. Maybe limit everyone to 3 Thread Starts a day? Im not sure if the software supports that kind of option, but it could be handy and solve the problem. Reply as much as you want but you can only post 3 new threads a day. I don't think that would be a problem for 99.9335% (1502 users - 1 pissed off guy = 99.9335%) of the people on this board. Hmm after doing the math, kinda makes you wonder how someone could be arogant (sp?) enough to call this 'My Board'. Besides AZhousepro of course, since it is his board. LOL

I guess he considers it his cause he is the stupidest jackass on here! People have differences of opinions and can argue back and forth, but when you say some of the things the berniebaby guy has said.......you have no business on this board!
This board is helpful to people interested in pool, and informative to those that have an IQ over 4! And for those people to have to weed thru this goofs threads to find something about pool is rediculous! He needs to find a different type of board for his posts........not a billiard forum!
 
I am hesitant to limit the # of threads someone can start in one day. I am not event sure the software will allow that.

Mike I dont know if you should have banished Silencers post about Blacks and Jews to the dung heap where I suppose it belongs. It was a clear blatant example of what many have been saying about this idiotic non-entity. I think his remark about "his site" was perfect. Who's site? Isnt it yours and all of us? The only thing is that it does feed into the stereotype of the New Yorker who is a jerk. You know the one about the tourist who asks the NY cabbie, "Can you tell me where Carnegie Hall is or should I just go and f#%k myself".

I can tell you as someone who lives in Manhattan part of the year that there are many nice, considerate, and helpful people who live there. But it is a city where if there is the best, there is the worst. And Silencers most obnoxious post shows that.
 
I sent Silencer a message explaining that he needs to cool it a bit. Lets see if he is able to bring himself under control. He does post some decent messages once in a while and I don't really want to get back into the 'user banning' business again.
