A beautiful unique cue from Jim...I spoke to Jim about making a cue that was made "Backward"...meaning i hold the cue at the rear of the cue and wanted my handle section at the rear instead of were it normally is...this is a rough draft, first, one of...just to see how it goes together and how it plays...(lights out!)...

my next design is actually going to have a wrap at the end and some inlays in the 4 inch section above the wrap along with some alternating points...over all though I think there are some VERY cool designs that can be made using this configuration...

ENJOY>>>

Unique design, I'll give you that.

I think I like the girl in your avatar better.

Interesting look. That said, I don't see the point if the cue is wrapless.
Yes originally it was going to have a wrap...but plans change:) Jim had this really sweet piece of maple and you can't tell from the pics, but the forearm is a beautiful coco...the pics don't do it justice!

Hi,

Ray Schuler made cues with a 15" forearm for carom cues where players used the rolled on rubber grip. These cues were wrap-less.

When the player rolled on the wrap it left enough room for a small butt sleeve and when you viewed the cue with the rubber wrap on it, it looked balanced with a wrap that was farther aft than a traditional position of the wrap.
