Well here I go again, after tha past 12 month and visiting almost 50 different towns and cities in tha past 12-14 months i'm heading out again and hopefully bringing some enjoyment to the pool enthusiasts.

This time I will be traveling as part of the CSI American Grand Masters team (I am the banger who does the driving). I will beon the Road with Earl (The Pearl) and (Mr 400) John Schmidt. It looks like we just added another tour stop to make it 7 in total and I will update one I have all the info.

We will be touring the Midwest from Detroit, MI to Lincoln, NE. Things are looking good so far and the schools are filling up. The exhibitions in all 7 spots are booked and we look forward to having a good time out there. However as I live in Phoenix I am sure there will be some climate adjustments to be made :). Anyway, If you would like to see, Earl, Hillbilly, John Schmidt or Corey Deuel on your local pool room please let me know.

Here is the link to the current stops and as I said thereis another to add.
I hope to meet more AZers this coming year. Thanks for reading and I hope to have more road stories. http://www.azbilliards.com/2000storya.php?id=7230

JoeyA, I have never been to the Big Easy but I have to somehow make this gig work to my advantage here so I will be planning tours to all the place I want to go so please keep your eye out for the N"alins tour, the south of france tour, the Monaco, tour and the Greek Islands tour :)

What kind of transport will you be escorting your treasured playas in? Hummer limo? Or sardine compact?

Four Seasons or Motel Hell?

Caviar or McNuggets?

PBR or Heinekin?

Sensimilla or ragw... Oh nevermind.

I hope your tour goes off marvelously and you spread many life memories for all.

Good luck Mark and CSI!

You r not gonna believe this but I had a dream about you last night KoolKat. Not one of those dreams either before you get carried away.

I dreamed that you were Ray Martin and I was amazed at myself for not putting 2+2 together ya know?

Anyway, Thank you for your well wishes and I hope all ges well too. I am having a bit of a problem right now though. I need to rent a mini van in Detroit where we start and drop it off in Lincoln,NE. Now this seems easy right? well alot of the rental places wont let you drop off at a different location. The ones that will totally bend you over on the deal, the most expensive I wasquoted was $3,200 Please remember this is for 10 days only. I could buy a car there andselling when doneforthat kind of $$. However the cheapest I got was $1,700.00 I just have a problem paying $1,700 to rent a chrysler mini van for 10 days. I am gonna work on it today and try to get a better deal somehow but it dont look good at I have checked with all the major places.

If we have to pay that ungodly amount then it wioll be the McNuggets scenario forthe rest of the trip :)

You coming back to Baltimore with Mr 400?
Probably will take John to Baltimore when I hit the East coast again. I hear that 14.1 is big on the East Coast so it would only make sense ya know? I look forward tothat trip too. I enjoyed it last year.

You said you'll be touring the midwest. Will you be coming through Chicago? That's a show i'd love to see!

Funny you should ask, I just added a school and a exhibition in Manteno, IL. I know its not actually in Chicago but from what I can see 30 mins away. It is at Chalk it up Billiards. I will be doing a thread here in a few to try and let people know, Hope you can make it and if youdo please besuretostop by andsay hi to me. I like meeting AZers.

"Go West, young man!" :) You got anything cooking for the West Coast yet?
Hi Ron, yes I do have something cooking for the West Coast. I have some planning to do on it but it will be good. I want to try and have all the team do that one so it would be Corey Deuel, Charlie Bryant, John Schmidt and Earl Strickland. I would like to start right before the Swanee and work up to your part of the world and then to Reno for the Bar Box at the sands. Will that be ok for you Mr Ron? :)

Nice! You get the Rubyron seal of approval, KemoSabe.:thumbup::thumbup:

We should get together and shoot some when you are in town. I don't believe you suck as bad as Johnny says you do. ;)

Johnny has always beena little envyous of my natural talent and so he puts me down every chance he gets. However he has never beaten me at 10-ball.
