That sounds to me like a hint of a physical threat. I think that is what wizard was referring to. You say you don't discriminate by handicap, does that mean you would inflict violence on them equally? Would your urge to deck a man in a wheelchair over $60 be the same as decking an able bodied man?
I don't think the maker of the jp's should be given a free pass either, not at all, but the statement you made seemed insensitive to me.

Kelly_Guy, like what my statement said " . . ., I'd rather not say what I would do." That could mean many things. Maybe I just want to step on those JPs in front of him, maybe I want to show it to him face to face that both JPs don't fit or maybe throw it to the sky or whatever that pop in my mind at that given time. Who knows but I was implying that I want the JP maker to see that as a customer, I'm not happy with his work, PERIOD.
Well let's move along. I'm not one of his customer and I won't be. I just believe if a cuemaker or JP maker can't do his job, the customer is entitled for a full refund. I know a cuemaker that would make a cue and if the customer doesn't satisfy, he'll make you another one within a reasonable turn around time. If the customer still not satisfy, he just simply request the cue back, in the original condition and give a FULL refund to the customer. That's what you call Customer Service.
In this JPs particular case, I believe the customer should return both sets of the JPs and the JP maker in return refund the money either in full or $60 minus his time to work on those JPs. $50 sounds fair.
Thank's
Steve
