"Ball Hop" off the rail

Was it the K66 or K55 cushion profile, or do you know? If you don't know, then who replaced the cushions?

That's OK, either way the cushion when you sight down the rail should be straight. So, if the table didn't play like the way it does now when if was first recovered, then that leads me to believe the cushion has come unglued. If it started playing with a hop not to long after the table was recovered, then the cushion wasn't mounted straight, and as the newness of the the cloth wore off, then the signs of the hop started. Without actually seeing your rails, I can't tell for sure what was done to them to cause this hop. Still, my first guess is an unglued cushion in that spot. And your table should have the K55 profile cushions, as K66 cushions would have to high of a nose height, unless the rails were modified to accept them by the mechanic that changed the cushions for you.
