What's the penalty for creating a 3rd account after the other 2 were banned? That's how many kicks in the groin?

It's sad but it's so obvious it's the same person, down to the "WE" have rules about this. He could mean "we" as in his other personalities.

If there is no penalty for "pushing out" on every shot, a game can go on forever, both players just returning push for push.

There IS an option for those who don't like one foul BIH, the kitchen or "no rule" bar rules. It's the way we played in the NPBA, which was the first national league organization (1959-1986?). We played two foul BIH and three-foul loss. Now THIS was challenging and fun for the strategist, but of course it could make a match longer.

In the original push out rules bih was awarded after the second foul regardless of whether it was an accidental push {no ball contact} or a scratch. It varied by regional rules as to whether it was any two fouls or two fouls by the same player. I've never heard of anyone playing push on every shot without a penalty, though this is the way the game is understood by the uninitiated. The first I ever heard of loss of game via three consecutive fouls was playing One Pocket and only when playing for money. This was in the early to mid or late seventies.

As pointed out in this history of the rules of eight ball ( http://www.sfbilliards.com/articles/2002-02.pdf ) the BCA had the three foul rule and ball-in-hand-anywhere at the same time briefly at the start of the 1980s. They soon fixed that mistake.
