Is there a certain reason you all seem to dislike Danny?
Did you lose money to him somewhere along the line?
Or is it just in your all's nature to be haters?
Some people on here act as if they are in grade school still.

Oh, I get it -- *we* are supposed to help Danny get his money? We are supposed to fight his battles? Puh-leeze.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about: there's a well-known lawyer who posts here (he's an avid pool player and 14.1 enthusiast). This lawyer even represented the ABP to "help get their money" -- or at least address the continuing problems of getting paid on time, which was the impetus for the birth of the ABP in the first place. This lawyer effected changes that satisfied the ABP, to the point that the ABP itself no longer exists.
Did Danny even *try* to contact this lawyer and consult with him of the timestamp of this writing? I'm betting "no."
No, he'd rather whine and complain to anyone within earshot, instead of picking himself up by the bootstraps and actually doing something about it. In fact, he didn't even do a good job of whining -- he waited *7 years* (long after his window to even use legal means to help expedite the resolution) to "resume" his whining!

The UPA did take Brady to court, they said there was unfortunatley nothing they could do. Frank Alvarez (upa's leading rep) told me that I had to pay $100.00 membership fee if I wanted to continue to compete on the upa - at the time they owed me $2,000.00. I forfeited a match due to the problem I was having with Alvarez who I dislike much more than Brady as Frank would not subtract the petty $100.00 upa fee out of what I was owed. I could have taken Brady Behrman to small claims court but decided it was not worth the extra $ i would have to spend on a lawyer plus Brady promised me he would make good on the money I was owed from his tournament. This is an open forum Sean - so you and poolmousy can piss off if you don't like what I have to say. Ohh by the way I have a job poolmousy and your the loser for speaking in such a rude manner to me. I feel bad for you and poolmousy as yall seem to are struggle with some excuse to be bitter at pro pool player but I would suggest that you get over it. Again this is a pool related issue, and this is a pool forum so congrats to Sean (the genius) and pool mouse for showing your true colors of hate. It's too bad for you Sean cause I did have some respect for you believe it or not in that I knew you were a bit of a student of 14.1. It seems your more of a student of hate which is why you probably cannot make a ball in the ocean.
I guess the upa went out of business when they had trouble paying some of the other players at another event, I have learned that if your in their little click then you will get a special favor or get paid - welcome to pro pool in the USA. If one player has a bunch of sponsors and his own cue line then someone in the industry will make sure they get paid. If your on your own - well that is when your on your own and they will try to sweep it under the rug.
